Replies to criticisms
Usually, writers tend to ignore critical comments rather than print replies and corrections. But nowadays, without spending ink or paper, the internet provides a great way to respond in detail. Therefore, I here reply to any critical reviewers of my publications. I want to respond to every criticism, however small. It’s disappointing when reviewers don’t discuss the most important aspects of a text, but if they choose to voice concerns about whatever topic, then one might as well reply to those points. In a way, these are reviews of reviews, and I hope that they are helpful and interesting. In any case, I thank any and all reviewers for commenting on my writings.
I discuss the use of historical sources and also the issue of the one-way speed of light, including a Bibliography on the latter.
I discuss mainly the the relation of Kinematics to the so-called “cultural turn” in the history of science.
I discuss mainly the abundance of sources in Kinematics and also the use of vectors to derive Lorentz transformations.
